Signing and Locking Clinical Notes (1:29)

As a dental practice, you are required to secure your patients’ records, which includes their clinical notes—legal records of patient care. Signing clinical notes locks them from tampering, as they can no longer be edited or deleted. In addition, to further protect your notes, Dentrix Ascend requires users to authenticate their signatures with a password.
