Sending an electronic prescription is convenient for your patients and helps your practice avoid mistakes, delays, and safety risks associated with written prescriptions. When you first begin using ePrescribe to send a new prescription, you will need to enter any drug allergies, health problems, and the patient’s preferred pharmacy before entering the patient’s electronic prescription.
