Using the Chairside dashboard streamlines processes and saves times so that you don’t have to keep switching tabs while working on a patient. You can show and hide the progress notes, images, and data from a recent perio exam while working with a patient’s clinical chart. Having the tooth chart, progress notes, and images together in one view streamlines your workflow and improves your working efficiency.

- In the chairside dashboard, the progress notes function as they do on the Progress Notes. For example, you can sort the progress notes by clicking (or tapping) a column header. Also, you can click (or tap) an item, such as a procedure or a condition, to open the corresponding dialog box.
- A treatment plan icon only appears in the progress notes when a condition has been entered.
- Dentrix Ascend remembers the chairside dashboard settings on your computer (or device) until someone changes them.
