You’ve provided treatment, and it’s time to get paid. Most insurance companies require radiographs before paying out on many common procedures. To avoid claim rejection, provide proof in the form of x-rays or other image types.

- Be sure your browser pop-up blocker is turned off for Ascend or your claim will not open in a new tab.
- If you have multiple crowns that are replacements, do not use the reason box on the procedure; type your remarks in the Remarks for Unusual Services text box under the Claim Info tab.
- Images do not print when you print a claim. They have to be printed separately from the Imaging tab. To learn more, read Printing images.
