There are many tasks to complete at patient check out. Unless a consistent workflow is established or a reminder system is in place, it can be difficult to remember to schedule a patient’s next recare appointment. Dentrix Ascend has a solution! The routing panel can help you through its appointment task reminder system. In the routing panel, appointment task reminders will automatically alert you to schedule recare appointments before your patients check out.

- You can open the routing panel from anywhere in Dentrix Ascend.
- The Schedule Recare appointment task always appears in the patients’ appointment cards. If the task has a green checkmark, the task is complete, and no further action is required.
