Although you can access the schedule easily on your screen, if you need a printed copy, you can print the schedule in Dentrix Ascend. The schedule prints exactly as it’s shown on your screen. If you only want to print a single provider, or only certain operatories, just change your view before you print the schedule.

Additional Information
- Dentrix Ascend will print four columns or operatories at a time. If you are displaying eight columns or operatories, the schedule will print on two pages.
- You may change the print out to be landscape orientation under the options on your print page, but it will not allow for more columns; it only makes them wider.
- The hours that print will be where the appointments are located, for example if your first appointment is at 12:00 p.m. and your last appointment is at 5:00 p.m., you will only see that time span on the print out.
