Multi-location scheduling is a calendar option which allows you to see operatories from multiple locations in one view. This feature provides a seamless and effective experience when scheduling patients across locations. You could for example create a custom view based on location proximity, or on the type of appointment needed. Multi-location scheduling can save time for the patient and you when you’re trying to find a date, time, and location in the schedule that works for both parties.

Additional Information
- Users with access to only one location will not see the On/Off switch for multi-location scheduling.
- Operatory groups are managed at the location level.
- Dentrix Ascend will not limit the number of operatories included in an operatory group, but as you work with your groups you will discover how many operatories you can comfortably manage in one view.
- Dentrix Ascend will remember your view selection when you leave the schedule and then come back to it.
