Dentrix Ascend has a large selection of prebuilt letter templates you can use to send patients birthday wishes, welcome new patients, or remind patients of outstanding balances. Dentrix Ascend also makes it easy for you to set up a custom letter template for topics beyond the default templates. In this video, we’ll show you how to set up an excuse letter so that you can quickly create personalized letters for your patients to give to their school or work.
