User accounts provide secure access to your organization’s database. Each person who uses Dentrix Ascend will have his or her own user account, and that account will be assigned a role in one or more of your locations. If your organization includes many practice locations, the Add Role utility gives you the ability to assign a role to multiple locations at once, or what we call Bulk User Assignment.
