With this release, the claim payment details are now displayed in a different order to match (or be very similar to) the order of ERAs that you receive directly from carriers’ websites or paper EOBs. This may allow you to find the information you need more quickly.
When you are viewing the details of a patient’s claim payment, notice the following enhancements:
- All the sections are now expandable and collapsable, and they are now presented in the following order:
- The Health Care Claim Payment/Advise section is now the top section.
- The Procedures section is now below the Health Care Claim Payment/ Advise section.
- The Service Payment Information section is below the Procedures section.
- The Health Care Claim Payment/Advise section is now the top section.
- The Health Care Claim Payment/Advice is collapsed by default.
- There is a new Expand/Collapse All button in the upper-right corner.
You can expand the Health Care Claim Payment/Advice section.
You can collapse a section, such as Service Payment Information.
If at least one section is collapsed, and you click Expand/Collapse All, all the sections are expanded.
If all the sections are expanded, and you click Expand/Collapse All, all the sections are collapsed.
