EARLY ACCESS ONLY
If your location has an Eligibility Pro subscription, and the exceptions in a coverage table for a plan has been imported manually, you can revert the updated exceptions from the import back to their previous values within 30 days.
When you are viewing a carrier’s insurance plan in Dentrix Ascend (go to Home > Carriers, and then select a plan), if coverage percentages and/or exceptions have been imported within the past 30 days, you will see a purple Updates notification, which explains that you have 30 days to revert any updates. Also, the Coverage Table button is purple.

Click Coverage Table. The Coverage Table dialog box appears.

In the dialog box, you will notice the following:
- A purple Updates notification appears at the top.
- The Manage Exceptions button is purple.
Click Manage Exceptions.
The Manage Exceptions for [Plan Name] dialog box appears.

In the dialog box, you will notice that a purple Updates notification appears at the top.
Do one of the following:
- To accept all the updated values, click Save.
- To revert an individual value, click the corresponding clipboard icon. In the pop-up box, the updated and previous values appear. Click the Revert link. Repeat this for any other updated value that you want to revert. Then, click Save to save the reverted values and accept all the updated values that were not reverted.
- To revert all values, click the Revert All Updates link at the top. To accept the reverted values, click Save.
Once you click Save, the purple notification and revert options no longer appear in the Manage Exceptions for [Plan Name] dialog box (at least until the next import). The purple notification no longer appears in the Coverage Table dialog box and on the Edit Plan page (at least until the next import; and if a review of a benefits and/or coverage percentages import is not pending).
