We are committed to providing you with transparent and up-to-date information about the performance and availability of Dentrix Ascend as a service. Henry Schein One provides a webpage that will keep you informed about any incidents, scheduled maintenance, and other important updates that may affect your experience.

Note: The data displayed on the status page provides the current status of the system and does not include any historical information. While we strive to provide you the latest status, delays may occur in updating this page. Scheduled downtime may impact system availability so you should check for scheduled maintenance. Information regarding what is considered “downtime” under the Dentrix Ascend service level agreement (SLA) is available in the Dentrix Ascend Service Terms and Conditions. The sole and exclusive remedies for any failure to meet the SLAs are addressed in the Exhibit A of the Dentrix Ascend Service Terms and Conditions.

The following statuses are possible for Dentrix Ascend’s availability:

  • Operational – All checks have passed for all tiers. This means the system is accessible on all tiers.
  • Partial Outage – Checks have failed for one or more tiers. This means the system is experiencing issues but is accessible on some tiers. Which tiers are affected and other details regarding the outage may appear.
    Note: A partial outage is not considered “downtime” under the SLA.
  • Major Outage – Checks have failed for all tiers. This means that the system is not accessible on any tier. Details regarding the outage may appear.
    Note: A major outage may be considered “downtime” under the SLA depending on its duration within a calendar month.
