Now, you can attach a recare procedure to multiple appointments. This allows you to schedule several appointments for a given recare type (such as Ortho) in advance.
Example:
Charles has an Ortho appointment on 06/04/2025.
You schedule another Ortho appointment for Charles on 07/09/2025
A yellow warning icon appears for the attached Ortho recare procedure. You can click the icon to see the notification that the same recare type is attached to the 06/04/2025 appointment.
You click Save to save the appointment.
Previously, the message that appeared would allow you to confirm that you wanted to move the recare from the 06/04/2025 appointment to the 07/09/2025 appointment.
After you clicked Attach to This Appointment, the 06/04/2025 appointment would have a message that the procedure was moved to the 07/09/2025 appointment.
Now, the message that appears when you save the appointment allows you to confirm that you want the recare to be attached to multiple appointments. The 06/04/2025 appointment is listed.
To keep the recare attached to both the 06/04/2025 appointment and the 07/09/2025 appointment, click Verify. The 06/04/2025 appointment is not affected.
