Filtering User Accounts Page

You can now filter the User Accounts page by user role and/or location.

To filter the list of users

1. Go to Settings > User Accounts to open the User Accounts page. Notice that there is now a Filter button.

2. Click the Filter button to view a menu.

Note: The Include Inactive switch is now on the menu instead on the toolbar.

3. To view only the user accounts that have been assigned to certain user roles, on the Role list, select the checkbox of each of those roles, and then click Apply Selected.

Note: You can use the Search box at the top to quickly locate a role. As you begin typing the name of a role, only the roles that match what you type appear in the list.

4. To view only the user accounts that have been granted access to certain locations, on the Location list, select the checkbox of each of those locations, and then click Apply Selected.

5. With roles and/or locations selected, click Apply.

Notice that the Filter button shows the number of selected roles and/or locations. Also, to quickly clear the filters, you can click the X on the Filter button.
