Provider A/R Totals Report Filters Are Saved

For the Provider A/R Totals Report, the state of the report’s filters (Location, Date Range, Providers, Procedures, Charge Adjustments, Credit Adjustments, and Include Unapplied Credits) are saved automatically when you generate the report (by clicking Search). The filters are saved per user, and a user’s saved filters are loaded each time that user accesses the report (Home > Provider A/R Totals). This enhancement allows a user to run the report without having the reapply filters every time.

Important: Because of this change, be aware of the following:

  1. If you are logged in to Location A and generate the report for Location A.
  2. If you then switch to Location B and access the report.
  3. The location filter for the report is Location A by default (because that is the saved location from the last time you ran the report). To generate the report for Location B, you must change the location filter.
