New Security Right for Schedule Templates

Previously, managing the scheduling templates required the “Manage Location Information” security right. Now, only the “View and Edit Schedule Templates” security right is required.

Note: By default, this right is granted to any pre-populated user roles (such as Administrator, Front Office, Office Manager, and Billing Coordinator) and to any user role that already has the “Manage Location Information” right selected.

To grant/deny this right to a user role

1. On the Settings menu, under Location, click (or tap) User Roles.

2. On the User Roles page, select a user role.

3. Expand the Schedule category.

4. Select or clear the View and Edit Schedule Templates checkbox.

Note: To select the View and Edit Schedule Templates checkbox, the Review Schedule checkbox must be selected.

5. Click Save.

To access the Schedule Template page

On the Settings menu, under Location, click (or tap) Schedule Template.
