Indicator for Automatic ERA Claim Payments

There is now an indicator to help you identify payments that were posted automatically or quickly for claims on ERAs versus payments that were posted manually.

For an automatically or quickly posted claim, an “A” appears in the following areas:

  • The entry in a patient’s ledger.
  • The upper-right corner of the Edit Payment dialog box.
    A screenshot of a computer AI-generated content may be incorrect.

Note: If you position your cursor over the “A” symbol, a tooltip with the text “Transaction posted automatically” appears.
