EARLY ACCESS ONLY
Previously, you could import only the deductibles, benefits, and coverage exceptions of an insurance plan from an eligibility response. Now, you can also import the source of payment, coordination of benefit method, and coverage table of an insurance plan from an eligibility response.
To import the plan details and coverage table
1. If any insurance plan details are available for importing, the “E” icon on an appointment tile is a green E with red dot on a white background. Click the “E” icon.

The Import Insurance Benefit Details page opens with the Patient Details displayed by default.
2. As before, to import deductibles and benefits, you select the Deductibles & Benefits checkbox.
3. As before, to import coverage exceptions, you select the Exceptions & Limitations checkbox.
4. To import the source of payment and coordination of benefits method, select the Insurance Plan check box.

5. To import the coverage table, select the Coverages checkbox.

Note: Importing the coverage table, source of payment, and coordination of benefit method affects not only the current patient but all patients in any family who are covered by the plan.
6. Click Import.
