When you are creating a campaign (go to Settings > Patient Communications, select the Campaigns tab, and then click CREATE CAMPAIGN), you will notice the following changes have been implemented:
- Step order change – The Select Locations and Recipients step is now right after the Start Your Campaign step.
- Added filters – For the Select Locations and Recipients step, additional filters are available: remaining benefits, age, and birthday.
- Changed filter – For the Select Locations and Recipients step, the Has Unscheduled Treatment filter now allows you to filter by procedure type: crowns, root canals, implants, and/or bridges.
- Changed dynamic variables – For the Compose SMS Campaign step, the dynamic variables have changed.
- Sending test messages – For the Compose SMS Campaign and Compose Email Campaign steps, you can now send test messages.
Note: The Campaigns feature is available only with a Dentrix Ascend Pro or Accelerate subscription. It is not available with an Essentials subscription.
