Additional contact information now appears for a non-patient referral source (“Professional”, “Marketing”, or “Other”) that is attached to a patient’s record under Referred By on the Referrals tab of the Patient Information page.
Previously, only the physical address would appear, but now, in addition to the physical address, the email address and up to three phone numbers can appear.
Referral Source (go to Settings > Referral Sources, and then select a referral source):

The name and type of the referral source always appear. However, a physical address, a phone number, or an email address appears only if that information has been entered for the referral source.
Note: If a physical address has not been entered, the address does not appear. However, if no phone numbers have been entered, or if an email address has not been entered, placeholder text appears, indicating that the information is missing.
