The idea portal (where you could request a change in how Dentrix Ascend functions or suggest a new feature) has been replaced.
The Help menu option has been renamed from “Request a Feature” to “Share Your Feedback”

In the new idea portal, you can see shared ideas, and you can quickly share an idea (describe more about how you want to see something done and how it will benefit your office).
Notes:
- The ideas are monitored. Some of the great features of Dentrix Ascend have come from offices.
- All previous feedback and ideas in the old idea portal were migrated to the new idea portal, but not all of them appear in the new idea portal. However, rest assured that they are all in our feedback system.
