Recently, a restriction was released for organizations using Eligibility Pro that made only the Pro link available on the Insurance Eligibility page (Schedule > Insurance Eligibility) if a payer supported both standard data and enhanced data, so you could send only enhanced on-demand eligibility requests.
However, that restriction has now been removed. If a payer supports both standard data and enhanced data, the Essentials and Pro links are both available.
