Now, all eligibility verifications expire at the end of the month.
- Previously, after an appointment was scheduled, Dentrix Ascend verified eligibility unless a verification had already been received within the past 30 days.
- Now, after an appointment is scheduled, Dentrix Ascend verifies eligibility unless a verification has already been received in the current calendar month.
Note: If there is an appointment scheduled within the first number of days of the month that correspond to the number of days of your look ahead period (the default is four days), Dentrix Ascend will automatically perform a recheck on the first business day of the month in order to get the latest eligibility data in the new calendar month.
