“Canceled by Office” Appointment Status

There is now a “Canceled by Office” appointment status, which you can assign to an appointment when someone in your office cancels that appointment.

With the Status of the appointment set to Canceled by Office, you can do any of the following:

  • Specify the Date and Time when the appointment was canceled.
  • Specify the reason for canceling the appointment in the Reason for Missing Appointment box.
  • Reschedule the appointment by clicking Reschedule Now.

The icon that corresponds to the “Canceled by Office” status is a phone and an X on a red background. With this status selected for the appointment, this icon appears on the appointment’s tile.
