Released 7/29/26
When a patient accesses a patient form online, the language to use for that form is now detected and selected automatically based on the language setting in the patient’s browser.
- Smart language matching – When a patient opens a form, the browser’s language setting is detected. If it matches one of our supported languages, the form is automatically displayed in that language—no extra steps required.
- Seamless fallback – If the browser language does not match one of the supported form languages, the form is displayed in the standard default language, just as it does today.
- Manual override is still available – Patients can still manually select a language as needed for displaying a form, just as before. This selection will take priority over the automatically detected language.
