EARLY ACCESS ONLY
When you are posting an insurance payment, the Additional payment(s) expected later from insurance checkbox is now selected by default if you select a Claim with orthodontic procedures.
Example
An ortho procedure (D8080) has been posted on a patient’s ledger, and a claim for that procedure has been created and sent to the insurance company.
1. On the Payment menu, select Insurance Payment.
The Enter Payment dialog box appears.
2. Enter the Payment Amount, select the Method of payment, and then select the correct Claim.
The Additional payment(s) expected later from insurance checkbox is selected by default.
